[HCM] Senior HRBP Executive - Production

As an Senior HRBP Executive for Production, you will serve as a strategic and operational HR partner to production leadership across multiple sites, including Long An and Duc Trong. You will be responsible for translating business priorities into impactful HR solutions that strengthen workforce capability, operational compliance, employee engagement, and talent pipeline across all production sites. You will travel regularly to these locations to build strong on-the-ground partnerships with leaders and team members.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. HR Business Partnership
- Act as the primary on-site HR support to Production leadership at Long An and Duc Trong, providing guidance on day-to-day HR needs and people initiatives.
- Understand production goals, operational challenges, and site-specific dynamics to tailor HR solutions that improve productivity, workforce capability, and effectiveness.
- Support manpower planning and labour allocation aligned with production demand cycles and multi-site requirements.
- Coordinate with site leaders onboarding for new production staff across all assigned locations.
- Build trusted relationships with managers and employees at each production site through regular on-site presence and responsive HR support.
2. Performance Management & Employee Relations
- Support performance management cycles, including goal setting, mid-year and year-end reviews, and development coaching plans.
- Conduct training needs analysis and coordinate training delivery (internal or external) to improve production skills and capabilities at each site.
- Manage employee relations issues (conflict resolution, attendance, grievances) with fairness, speed, and confidentiality across production locations.
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives targeting morale, retention, and workforce collaboration at the plant level.
- Champion a positive, values-driven workplace culture that reflects 4P‘s 4Ps values across all production sites.
3. HR Operations & Compliance
- Ensure consistent application of HR policies, procedures, and production-specific workplace regulations across all assigned sites.
- Monitor compliance with Vietnamese labour laws, industrial standards, and internal governance frameworks within the production environment.
- Serve as the first point of contact for HR operational matters at each site: employee records, contracts, attendance, payroll coordination, and HR system accuracy.
- Support the rollout of company values, culture, and engagement programs across plant floors in alignment with business practices.
4. Site Coordination & Travelling
- Travel regularly to Long An and Duc Trong production sites to deliver on-the-ground HR support, build leader relationships, and ensure HR program execution.
- Coordinate site-specific HR activities, including local compliance requirements, site onboarding, and workforce communications.
- Serve as the link between site leaders and the central HR team, ensuring information flows effectively in both directions.

- Must adhere to internal HR policies, labour laws, and regulations related to employee data privacy, equal opportunity, and fair employment practices. Must comply with company policies on financial controls, information security protocols, and anti-bribery/anti-corruption standards.
- Confidentiality & Information Security
- Handles confidential employee data (performance reviews, succession plans, compensation, personal data) and sensitive business information. Information security classification: Confidential – requires secure storage, limited access, and proper handling.
WHO YOU ARE
- 3–5 years in HR Generalist, HR Operations, or HRBP roles (minimum 2 years in a manufacturing or production environment strongly preferred).
- Demonstrated experience as an HR Business Partner supporting operational or production teams.
- Experience collaborating with site/operations leaders to deliver HR programs across multiple locations.
- Exposure to labour law compliance and workforce management in Vietnamese manufacturing context.
Preferred - Experience supporting multi-site HR operations.
- Familiarity with digital HR tools, Google Suite, and HR system platforms.
- Prior experience in food & beverage, FMCG, or similar production environments.
