Drawing inspiration from the traditional features and design principles of the H’mong house (H’mong is an ethnic minority in the Northern midland and mountainous region), we hope to reflect the deep value and meaning of the home in Vietnamese culture and create a profound connection with each diner.
A typical H’mong house is divided into three main rooms: for the family, for the guests and a space for communal worship, celebrations and social greetings. Simulating this layout, Pizza 4P’s Hoang Thanh Tower has three separate areas that are made with three different natural materials: Indigo jute, stone and wood. All three spaces are linked together through the garden space with the “Pizza Theater” at the center.
