[HCM] Data Analyst

Pizza 4P's is looking for an experienced Data Analyst to join our Data team. In this role, you will primarily focus on providing insights, data support, and building dashboards for Operation Department.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Analyze data using statistical methods and algorithms.
• Generate clear and concise reports highlighting key findings.
• Collaborate with teams to identify performance metrics.
• Improve data analysis processes for efficiency.
• Stay updated on industry trends.
• Support stakeholders in understanding and using data insights.

ARE YOU A FIT?

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in data analysis or relevant field.
• Proficiency in BI tools (e.g Tableau, PowerBI, Superset).
• Experience with DBMS (e.g MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in English communication.

Advantageous

• Cloud Data Warehousing and/or cloud computing services experience.
• Experience with MongoDB and Python.
• Ecommerce data experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferably in analytics, computing or science discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, IT).
• Passionate about programming/data analytics and solving challenging problems.
