The situation

With over 36 full-service dining establishments across Vietnam, Cambodia, India, and Japan, Pizza 4P‘s is a innovative pizza brand originating from Vietnam, known for its commitment to quality ingredients, unique flavors, and a socially responsible approach. 4P‘s has crafted our company and brand identity around the fundamental value of Omotenashi, among others, embracing the ethos of wholehearted hospitality.

As we continue to broaden our global footprint, with India emerging as our next key focus country following Vietnam, we‘re pleased to announce the successful launch of our first store in India, Pizza 4P‘s Indiranagar, Bangalore in December 2023. We are now gearing up to inaugurate 2-3 additional restaurants by 2025, with plans for further expansion into additional major cities across India. Consequently, we are in search of a dynamic and seasoned Country Manager to spearhead the establishment and expansion of Pizza 4P‘s in the Indian market.

THE DELIVERABLES

Strategic Planning and Vision Realization (30%):

  • Strategically plan and ensure the realization of the company‘s vision and mission within the Indian market.
  • Lead by example in embodying the core values of 4P‘s and inspire the leadership team to align with these values.
  • Ensure comprehensive understanding and execution of the company‘s vision, mission, and 4P‘s values throughout the country.
  • Drive the Indian business to achieve both short-term and long-term business plans.
  • Develop a robust business strategy encompassing market analysis, expansion plans, people development, system and technology enhancements, and financial planning for short, medium, and long-term durations (5 years, 3 years, and current year), ensuring alignment with the Board and successful execution of the plan.

Store Quality Excellence and People Development (30%):

  • Uphold the highest standards of quality and promptly address any operational challenges at the front end.
  • Provide coaching and hold leadership accountable for maintaining 4P‘s service quality standards.
  • Cultivate strong managers and core leadership teams.
  • Improve internal communication channels to foster a cohesive work environment.

Guest Experience and Brand Communication (20%):

  • Ensure consistently exceptional dining experiences for guests, emphasizing food quality, exceptional service, and overall ambiance.
  • Collect and analyze guest feedback to continuously enhance offerings and tailor them to local preferences.
  • Effectively convey and promote the restaurant concept and message to guests through various channels such as guest interactions, workshops, events, and promotional materials.

Back Office Management (20%):

  • Oversee back-office functions including procurement, administration, and human resources.
  • Serve as a vital liaison between the Indian business and the regional office in Vietnam.
  • Streamline and optimize operational processes to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness.
