[HCM] Senior Accountant (for Overseas markets)

WHAT YOU WILL DO

1. Financial Reporting and Analysis:

• Prepare financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Utilize financial software and tools for complex data analysis.

2. General Ledger and Reconciliation:

• Maintain and reconcile balance sheet and general ledger accounts.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.

3. Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) Review & Reconciliation:

• Oversee AR and AP processes, ensuring timely payments and accurate recording.
• Reconcile AR and AP accounts regularly.

4. Stock Count and Cost of Sales (COS) Management:

• Coordinate stock counts and reconcile inventory records.
• Calculate and manage the cost of goods sold (COS) to optimize profitability.

5. Tax Compliance:

• Prepare tax returns and ensure compliance with local tax regulations.
• Collaborate with external tax advisors as needed.

6. Audit Preparation:

• Assist with annual audit preparations.
• Provide necessary documentation and support during audits.

7. SAP Setup and Integration:

• Collaborate with IT teams to set up and configure SAP (Systems, Applications, and Products) for accounting and financial processes.
• Ensure seamless integration of SAP modules for efficient data management.

8. Process Improvement:

• Propose and implement process improvements related to accounting procedures and practices.
• Streamline financial processes for efficiency.

9. Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Communicate financial insights to management and stakeholders.

ARE YOU A FIT?

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
