WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Evaluate environmental and social compliance risks, present findings to key stakeholders, and lead the formulation and execution of corrective and preventive action plans to mitigate potential environmental impacts
- Develop and implement policies, programs, and practices in alignment with our sustainability vision to ensure compliance with global environmental standards and regulations.
- Monitor and analyze key environmental indicators to identify areas for improvement and drive sustainability initiatives forward.
- Oversee the scheduling and auditing of restaurant and production sites, implementing corrective action plans and improvement initiatives to enhance environmental performance
- Driving initiatives aimed at reaching a net-zero environmental impact, fostering responsible waste practices, and achieving sustainability goals aligned with our sustainability vision
- Prepare detailed reports on environmental performance, compliance, and sustainability efforts to track progress and communicate impact effectively.
- Engage with stakeholders, including employees, community groups, and government bodies, to promote environmental stewardship and positive change.
WHO YOU ARE
- College/ University degree with related major
- Possess in-depth knowledge of environmental regulations, standards, and best practices to inform decision-making and drive sustainability efforts.
- Proven experience in environmental management or related roles with strong analytical skills to evaluate environmental performance.
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and manage diverse projects effectively while demonstrating attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
- Collaborative mindset to engage with stakeholders, organize events, workshops, and training sessions effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken) preferred for effective interactions with diverse audiences.
