Pizza Sub Leader
I have learned to cook professionally since 18 and got experience from working at various Vietnamese restaurants. Then two years ago, I started to work at Pizza 4P’s.
As soon as the shift starts, I prepare all needed ingredients such as cheese and many kinds of pizza toppings. Once the orders come in, we begin to make pizza dough then proceed to add toppings and bake it in our hand-built oven.
When I was looking for a job, I saw their recruitment ad online and took my chance. Before that, I was interested in making pizza and tried to learn more about it by myself, that is why I ended up being a Pizza Cook.
It is my pleasure working at Pizza 4P’s where everyone is very serious and professional in work, but also know how to enjoy ourselves in many team-building activities.
I would like to continue to enhance my skill in making pizza since there are still so many things about it that I want to know. And the professional manner at work of Japanese people is another quality that I think I need to develop myself into.
I got my cooking qualification at A Au School. After that, I worked at a Japanese restaurant before coming to Pizza 4P's around two and a half years ago.
As a leader, I have the responsibility to assign suitable tasks for each group: salad, hot dish and pasta. While the staff are preparing dishes, I usually assist or instruct them in various situations to ensure a smooth working process. I am also the one to oversee the quality of the dishes.
I saw their recruitment ad online, then a friend of mine who was working here at that time also recommended this place to me so I just tried applying and got the job.
Everyone working here is all kind and friendly. They are willing to help each other finish the job beautifully. Since this working environment is really pressured about time, as well as strict quality control, support from everyone is really necessary.
If possible, I would like to learn more skills in pizza making and in customer service too, since my aim is to become a branch manager.
Service Sub Leader
My family runs a restaurant so being a customer service staff is quite a familiar job for me. I got my experience from working part-time at many restaurants. I started to work for Pizza 4P’s a year and a half ago.
My responsibility consists of greeting customers at the entrance, confirming reservations and planning the seating. Also making recommendations to guests as well as being ready to deal with any problem that may arise. The tip is you have to make the customers satisfied with their dining experience as you are the first one to greet them as well as the last one to thank them when they leave.
I used to dine with my family at Pizza 4P's before and they left a great impression on me. Later when I saw their recruitment ad, I quickly applied as a part-timer. Realizing that working here opens many great chances for me, made me decide to take on a full-time position.
Most of the staff working here are really young but they are greatly responsible in what they do. At Pizza 4P's, your young age will not be questioned, as long as you have enough experience and the ability to prosper, you will earn your promotion soon enough.
My aim is of course for a higher position in the future. But before that, I want to improve my French speaking skill. Many customers at Pizza 4P's are French and I think that I would provide them better service if I could speak fluently in their language.
