We are Pizza Restaurant, to maintain the quality, pizza mistakes happen sometimes, and become waste with regret. At that time, we found out the process for reusing Pizza Dough Waste to feed crickets. Recently, We have collaborated with ECOLOGGIE Inc. to reuse the Pizza Dough Cricket process. ECOLOGGIE Inc. is a company that aims to artificially create a new sustainable food ecosystem based on crickets. Insect is the ultimate healthy and sustainable food diet.
