Coconut sugar starts with a farmer’s patience.

In Yogyakarta, @aliet.green.ltd works with over 1,500 local farming families growing organic coconut sugar, bringing traditional agroforestry back to life.

Coconut palms share the land with vanilla and mangosteen. Thousands of new trees planted, a little more biodiversity, a little more resilience for the families who depend on it.

The process is simple: sap from coconut flower buds, hand-collected, then slowly heated into fine golden sugar. No shortcuts, nothing artificial, just old knowledge done right. They also make vanilla and coconut spread, small ingredients that quietly find their way into our kitchen.
