Seaweed, often considered the “first life on Earth”, boasts a rich history in Japan where over 1,500 seaweed varieties have thrived for centuries.

Regrettably, Japan’s unique food heritage faces a decline due to global warming in recent years.

To counter this trend, “SEA VEGETABLE” @seaveges is dedicated to safeguarding Japan’s food culture by extracting seeds from seaweed grown in coastal regions across Japan, cultivating them with underground seawater, and minimizing environmental impact.

Pizza 4P’s creatively incorporates this seaweed into a range of dishes, such as pizza and pasta. Our mission is to infuse food with flavor and joy while simultaneously preserving both the environment and culture.
