At Pizza 4P’s, our vision is “Make the World Smile for Peace.” Inspired by the joy of sharing peaceful moments, a pizza party with friends, we aim to spread that sense of happiness worldwide. Operating over 30 locations across Vietnam, Cambodia, and India, Japan and with the recent addition of our Indonesia store, we are a global pizza restaurant chain dedicated to bringing people together through exceptional dining experiences.

Since our founding, we have prioritized sustainability and community engagement. Our in-house crafted cheese and transparent sourcing of ingredients reflect our commitment to quality and environmental responsibility. We also offer educational and entertaining experiences, such as workshops for children using vegetables grown in our aquaponics systems. In Cambodia, we’ve tackled waste management challenges by launching zero-waste stores. We are proud to publish an annual sustainability report and engage in projects like “Letters to the Future,” which uses recycled materials to create awareness about plastic waste. These efforts have earned us recognition worldwide.

Details of  International Store Manager 

【Job Description】

 Our company is committed to delivering customer experiences that exceed expectations, guided by our vision. We aim to achieve this through team building focused on the growth and well-being of our employees. We are seeking a leader who can oversee restaurant operations across approximately ten locations in the Hanoi area, Vietnam, ensuring customer satisfaction, training and development, recruitment planning, revenue and profit management, and cost control.

 

Responsibilities include:

▶︎Training, coaching, and planning to support the development of restaurant managers in the assigned area and help them achieve their goals.

▶︎Leading and managing projects related to restaurant operations.

▶︎Communicating with external parties, including customers, suppliers, business partners, and government agencies.

▶︎Evaluating and reviewing existing menus, conducting market research, and developing strategies that align with our brand’s vision.

▶︎Progress management of various projects, budget control, and team management.

▶︎Identifying and negotiating with domestic and international vendors, suppliers, and partners (collaborating with internal teams).

▶︎Overseeing team training and quality control for the entire operations team.

▶︎Developing and training teams for new store openings and establishing operations post-opening.

 

【MUST-HAVE Qualifications】

▶︎Experience in restaurant management.

▶︎Conversational-level English (candidates should be willing to improve their language skills before joining).

▶︎Availability to work in Hanoi, Vietnam.
