One of our key partners is @agrisystem.tokachi , a pioneering farm in Hokkaido’s Tokachi region that practices regenerative agriculture.

Agri System goes beyond traditional farming methods, championing organic practices and providing agricultural guidance to others. Their holistic approach to regenerative agriculture emphasizes traceability and eliminates post-harvest waste. Their vision extends into community building, as they develop an organic village complete with bakeries, supermarkets, cafes, and educational facilities.

The whole grain flour we source from Agri System is milled using the entire wheat kernel, preserving its natural characteristics. This results in flour that offers authentic flavor, distinct aroma, and remarkable texture.
