Pizza 4P’s Vincom Ha Long
Designer
NU Architecture & Design is an award-winning international design studio headquartered in Vietnam, working across Australia, the Middle East, Africa, and the United States. The name NU, meaning “us” in Mauritian Creole, is a tribute to their co-founder’s mother tongue. Rather than imposing a signature aesthetic, the studio’s work is shaped by the identities, values, and lifestyles of its clients, allowing each project to express its own distinct narrative.

The interior draws directly from Ha Long’s coastline. Oyster shells, sourced from farms near the bay, are set into the concrete floors and the entrance wall, and wrapped around the restaurant’s oven. Tables carry pearl shell detailing worked into the surface.
Pizza 4P's Ha Long was designed around a simple observation about the bay itself. Drop a stone into calm water and it doesn’t stay where it lands – it moves outward, circle by circle, further than the stone ever touched.
