[KCN Long Hậu] Factory Manager

The position is based in the Long Hau (Long An) Industrial zone
WHAT YOU WILL DO?
Central Kitchen (CK) Management
- In charge of new Central Kitchen establishment within target timeline and budget
 - Proposes and develop production plan, schedules and budget based on company’s strategic plan
 - Directs production of semi-food, packaging and delivery of prepared food items from the CK in compliance with food quality, freshness, appearance and portion
 - Ensures all purchase and usage in CK is properly recorded, control food cost and analyze whether food cost is optimized
 - Practice and oversee FIFO food management including inventory reporting and food orders.
 - Manage, delegate responsibilities and develop all CK partners.
 - Directs all other production activities and ensures cost effectiveness and consistency with prescribed quality, accuracy and performance standards
 - Finding the better quality and cost performance of ingredients with SCM team for products
 
WHO YOU ARE?
- Over 03 years of production management for all sites of production, quality, warehouse, logistics, purchasing
 - At least 03 years in similar position in a well-known food manufacturing company
 - Good knowledge and Experience in ISO, HACCP or equivalent international standards
 - Fluent in Vietnamese and technical English
 - Empathy with our vision (energetic to be part of us & have a passion for food industry)
 - Strong people management & exprience in large scale operations (~100+)
 - Postive thinking, humble, integrity, trust worthy
