Pizza 4P’s has built our company and brand around the core value of Omotenashi (among others) with the spirit of wholehearted hospitality. We’ve maintained quality throughout our growth journey largely thanks to our core team who have been with us for many years. Now we are looking for an Area Manager for the Ho Chi Minh region.
The deliverables
Store Auditing & Quality Excellence
- Schedule store visiting for responsible store
- Provide coaching & holding RM accountable to maintain the 4P‘s service quality standard.
- Figure out any hiccup from front operation. Let RM take accountability for the specific Kaizen action plans which lead to sustainable improvement.
- Implement line-check all facilities and let RM accountable for maintaining ambience.
- KPI management: be accountable for assigned shop KPI performance. Guide Rm to maximize their KPI performance.
People development
- Be responsible for training RM assigned shops. Training RMs to be qualified.
- Pick up potential candidates for RM and do nomination and make sufficient training plans.
- Make sure assigned shops are executing succession on time with recruiting and trainin; never lack skilled partners.
Coordinate Execution
- Make sure operational updates have been sunk in your assigned shops.
- Make sure responsible shops are executing assigned tasks in time.
Contribute to the company
- Contribute to the company‘s quality excellence development in the whole nation.

Working Location
The position is expected to work at designated area in Ha Noi for the North area
Who you are
- Empathy with our vision - Culture fit (Ommotenashi, Authenticity, Kaizen, Compassion) - Japanese nationality preferable - 05+ year work experience in Fine dining/ casual dining restaurant - Strong influencing and leadership skills - Fluent communication skill in English - Good office skill (Office software) - Can work independently, with a dynamic, positive attitude - Professional attitude and appearance |
Training & Working schedule
- 3 months onboarding, training and working at a designated store - Works 200 hours/ month: 8 hours/ day and 1 day off per week, flexible working hours based on operation schedule - 18 annual leave days per year |
