[Đà Nẵng] Service Leader

WHAT YOU‘LL DO

• Prepare tables, welcome customers
• Arrange shifts for team members
• Check to ensure proper operation
• Report work progress to Restaurant Manager
• Resolve customer complaints/inquiries
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure the highest work efficiency
• Support team members to achieve work goals together
• Bring "Wow" experience to customers

ARE YOU OUR "FIT"?

• At least 01 years of experience as Service Leader or equivalent position
• Good English communication
• High communication skill to get own customer
• Leadership, and problem solving skills, results oriented
• Have a high responsibility in works
• Dynamic, enthusiastic, honest, careful

Working time: 200 hours/ month ~ 8 hours/ day

(From 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM)
