WHAT YOU WILL DO

Pizza 4Ps is looking for passionate trainers to build up the future leaders of 4P’s. You will design and deliver training sessions on communication, coaching, leadership, finances skills and much more. You will also support the in store trainers as they welcome the newest team members. Working directly with the head of training at Pizza 4Ps you will grow yourself and your skills.

 

HOW YOU WILL DO IT

1. Training Design and Delivery (60%)

  • Take a culture first approach to all training and skill development, ensuring people not only know how but why Pizza 4P’s operates the way they do.
  • Deliver Train The Trainer (T3) courses and ongoing learning for new trainers and for people in relevant roles.
  • Train on Pizza 4Ps products, finances, professional skills and other skills required to run the business and provide a wow guest experience.
  • Plan set up for and run effectively in person and online training up to the Pizza 4Ps standards.
  • Work with regional and local managers, trainers and food coaches to enhance current, plan new and prepare all necessary training, Hard and soft skills.
  • Regularly update training materials to fit 4P’s evolving operations and design new materials for e-learning and in-person training.

2. Other Learning & Development and Culture work (40%)

  • Involve in all the phases of the whole training process: Analyze - Design- Develop- Implement- Evaluate (ADDIE)
  • Create and maintain a system of assessments and evaluations and ensure all results are submitted and reported on.
  • Maintain active continual professional development to support performance of all roles
  • Support culture initiatives in close collaboration with the Culture Team
  • Other tasks assigned by Head of L&D

 

ARE YOU A FIT?

  • Preferable experienced in retail, hospitality, F&B
  • Strong personal connection to the 4P’s Values: Compassion, Authenticity, Omotenashi, Kaizen
  • Strong commitment to people inner-peace and long-lasting happiness
  • Strong passion to help people learn, develop and grow
  • Solid foundational knowledge and skills in learning & development
  • At least 5 years of training experience, creating content, delivering it and running a team / training others to do the same. 
  • Strong growth mindset and potential for further development in the learning & development profession
  • Excellent verbal communication, facilitation, presentation & listening skills (English & Vietnamese)
  • Highly motivated and dedicated, ability to motivate others
  • Creativity in developing programs and methods for engaging teams toward the success of their goals
  • Proactive, social and solution oriented
  • Knowledge about corporate culture and engagement is a plus
  • Food lover
