[HCM] Project Manager

As a Senior Project Manager in the Technology & Innovation department at Pizza 4P‘s, you will lead and oversee various technology and innovation projects critical to our business‘s success. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects efficiently while ensuring they align with our technology and innovation objectives. This role demands strong leadership, project management skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, particularly in the technology domain.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

1. Project Planning

• Develop comprehensive project plans with a focus on technology and innovation, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Create and maintain project budgets, ensuring efficient resource utilization for technology-driven initiatives.
• Identify project risks specific to technology and innovation and proactively develop mitigation strategies.

 2. Project Execution

• Lead cross-functional project teams, ensuring all stakeholders understand their roles and responsibilities, particularly in technology development and innovation.
• Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to technology and innovation, and adjust plans as needed to achieve project goals.
• Communicate project status and updates to senior management and stakeholders, with a focus on technology aspects.

3. Quality Control

• Implement quality control processes specific to technology and innovation projects to ensure deliverables meet Pizza 4P‘s high standards.
• Conduct regular quality assessments with a focus on technology and innovation and make necessary adjustments to maintain consistency.

4. Resource Management

• Manage project resources effectively, including technology personnel, budget, and equipment.
• Identify resource constraints specific to technology and innovation and optimize resource allocation across multiple projects.

5. Risk Management

• Identify potential project risks related to technology and innovation and develop risk mitigation plans.
• Monitor and manage technology and innovation risks throughout the project lifecycle.

6. Stakeholder Communication

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, emphasizing technology and innovation components.
• Provide clear and regular communication on project status, technology challenges, and innovative solutions.

7. Continuous Improvement

• Identify opportunities for process improvement in technology and innovation projects and implement best practices.
• Evaluate project outcomes with a focus on technology and innovation and capture lessons learned for future projects.

WHO YOU ARE ?

• Bachelor‘s degree in a technology-related field, such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering (Master‘s degree preferred).
• Proven experience as a Project Manager with a minimum of 6 years in a leadership role, preferably with a focus on technology and innovation.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and software, particularly in the technology domain.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a technology and innovation perspective.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities, especially in the technology and innovation space.
