[HCM] Food Creative Project Supervisor

* What you will do

- Support Food Operation Manager ​in food quality ​assurance activities such as conducting regular inspections and generating comprehensive reports.

- Work closely with the operations team to manage various ​food quality related projects, ensuring they are executed in a timely manner and meet the specified deliverables.

- Manage purchase orders with the procurement team to source necessary items for new menu development.

- Assist in logistics arrangement for food-related training activities within the restaurant. ​

- Provide interpretation and translation support when required.

* Who you are

- Fluent in Japanese communication (business level) ​is a plus.

- Proficiency in project or task management.

​- Strong communication and coordination skills.

​- Effective time management abilities. ​

- Keen attention to details and adaptability.

- Preferred (not mandatory) expertise in maintaining food taste quality with a basic understanding.

- Empathy with our vision and passion for food industry.
