WHAT YOU WILL DO
1. STATUTORY INSURANCE (30%)
- Handle all statutory insurance procedures for employees, including social insurance, unemployment and health insurance;
- Support company members regarding insurance regulations;
- Reconcile data difference between the Company and the Insurance Authority.
2. LABOR CONTRACT & RESIGNATION (30%)
- Manage labor contract and its relevant documents;
- Resignation documentation.
3. MONTHLY PAYROLL (20%)
- Calculate and manage monthly payroll, attendance/ leave record for employees;
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are up to date and in line with current regulations;
- Ensure line managers are up to date with changes of HR policies or labor regulations.
4. BENEFIT (20%)
- Taking charge of Private Health Insurance and Accident Insurance;
- Ensure timely payment of company and union benefits to Employees.
WHO YOU ARE
- Degree in related fields would be an advantage;
- Have at least 2 years experience in C&B, Priority for those who have worked in the same position;
- Basic English in verbal and writing;
- Be able to work independently and proactively; willing to take on new responsibilities where needed;
- Positive attitude & high level of maturity;
- Willing to work in start-up environment;
