[HCM] Logistics & Supply Planner

- Work closely with each restaurant to monitor SO & manage food items OTIF KPI daily/weekly/monthly
- Work closely with Production team to define semi level for the production plan to ensure food supply
- Track and follow up OTIF of internal stock transfer (from Operation team to DC)
- Manage 3rd Party Logistics performance
- Monitor DC admin to manage safety stock level at DC & hold meeting to discuss on Supply strategy quarterly
- Support LM to define yearly procurement strategy & monitor monthly procurement KPI over BI dashboard
WHO YOU ARE
- Graduate with Economics, Supply chain, Foreign Trade Bachelor
- Basic knowledge about Supply Chain & Finance is a plus
- Familiar with F&B forecasting model
- Experience with cross-docking logistics model is a must
- English fluency is required
- Knowledge in Power BI, SAP B1 is a plus
- Strong coordination, communication skills
- Expected to complete all tasks in a timely manner
- Problem solving driven
- Ability to work under pressure
- Be entrusted with your own area of responsibility
