[Indonesia] Country Manager

With over 36 full-service dining establishments across Vietnam, Cambodia, India, and Japan, Pizza 4P‘s is a innovative pizza brand originating from Vietnam, known for its commitment to quality ingredients, unique flavors, and a socially responsible approach. 4P‘s has crafted our company and brand identity around the fundamental value of Omotenashi, among others, embracing the ethos of wholehearted hospitality.

As we expand our presence globally, we are excited to announce the opening of our first store in Jakarta, Indonesia in this year 2024. Thus, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Country Manager to lead the successful establishment and growth of Pizza 4P‘s in the Indonesian market.


Pre-opening: New Store Set up and Operation

New Store Set up & Operations:

  • Build the backside foundation for business success such as company establishment, recruitment of local teams, partners and sourcing to archive concepts, accounting and budget management, and other tasks necessary for business
  • Oversee the setup and operational launch of the first Pizza 4P‘s store in Jakarta
  • Ensure adherence to Pizza 4P‘s quality standards, operational procedures, and customer service excellence
  • Monitor daily operations, including inventory management, staffing, and overall store performance

Team Leadership:

  • Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
  • Provide ongoing training, coaching and feedback to ensure the team‘s success.

Guest Experience:

  • Ensure a consistently exceptional dining experience for guests, focusing on food quality, exceptional service and overall ambiance
  • Gather and analyze guest feedback to continuously improve and tailor offerings to local preferences.


Store Quality Excellence

  • Schedule store visiting and audit to ensure highest level of quality and figure out any hiccup from front operation
  • Provide coaching & holding store leadership accountable to maintain the 4P‘s service quality standard 

Back Office Management

  • Manage back office related functions such as procurement, Admin, IT and HR
  • Play a pivotal link betwen Indonesia bussines and regional office in Vietnam
  • Streamline and optimize operational processes to enhance overall efficiency

Working Location: Jakarta - Indonesia


  • Empathy with our vision and culture fit
  • Proven experience in managerial roles within the food and beverage industry, preferably in a multi-unit or country-level capacity
  • Strong understanding of the Indonesian market, particularly in the food and beverage/ casual dining restaurant sector
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.

Training & Working schedule:

  • Onboarding & training at a designated store in Vietnam (Ho Chi Minh or Ha Noi) 
  • Works 200 hours/ month: 8 hours/ day and 1 day off per week, flexible working hours based on job requirment
