[HCM] Head of Maintenance

WHAT YOU WILL DO

1. Facility Maintenance

• Oversee routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs.
• Coordinate with external contractors for specialized maintenance projects
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential maintenance issues.
• Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities across all locations.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential issues promptly.
• Manage repairs, renovations, and equipment upgrades.

2. Equipment Management

• Manage the maintenance and repair of kitchen equipment, ensuring optimal functionality.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all equipment.
• Monitor equipment performance and address breakdowns promptly.

3. Compliance and Safety

• Ensure all locations comply with safety regulations and standards.
• Conduct safety inspections and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Train team on safety protocols and procedures.

4. Budget Management

• Develop and manage the maintenance budget for each location.
• Source cost-effective suppliers and negotiate maintenance contracts.
• Monitor expenses and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.

5. Team Leadership

• Recruit, train, and supervise maintenance partners across all locations.
• Foster a collaborative and proactive maintenance team.
• Provide guidance and support to resolve complex maintenance issues.

WHO YOU ARE

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field (preferred).
• Relevant certifications in maintenance or facilities management
• 5+ years of working experience
• Proven experience as a Maintenance Head or similar role, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, equipment, and maintenance protocols.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
