THE SITUATION
Pizza 4P's is on a mission to create remarkable customer experiences and become the happiest and most innovative F&B brand in the world. We're looking for a passionate and innovative Marketing Manager to lead our team in Vietnam business in achieving this goal.
The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies and programs focused on driving sales performance at the store level. They will lead initiatives to engage customers, promote new products and enhance the in-store experience across Pizza 4P's Vietnam locations.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Develop strategic Pizza 4P’s marketing plans aligned with corporate objectives and targets;
- Propose activation and promotional calendars and lead the implementation of in-store marketing activities;
- Manage budgets for Pizza 4P’s marketing initiatives and promotional programs;
- Analyze customer and category data to customize assortments and pricing by store;
- Collaborate with store teams to execute marketing plans and ensure initiatives run smoothly;
- Monitor program performance through KPIs and adjust strategies based on results;
- Support new store openings and refurbishments with marketing activations;
- Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience in-store;
- Develop partnerships with regional suppliers and leverage local community ties.
WHO YOU ARE
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field required;
- 5+ years of experience in F&B marketing, retail marketing or a fast-paced FMCG brand;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with an eye for data-driven insights;
- Excellent project and time management skills with attention to detail;
- Results-oriented mindset with knowledge of promotional best practices;
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence store teams;
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing analytics tools.
