WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Implement and execute sales strategies designed by the Management team to maximize sales growth of FMCG products across multiple channels nationwide.
- Build outstanding customer experiences by engaging in active dialogue to understand the customer’s needs and delivering relevant information to influence appropriate sales strategies.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, including prospecting, pitching, and closing new clients.
- Consistently track, report, and analyze sales data to produce volume and forecast accuracy.
- Supervise daily Sales operations across multiple channels nationwide to ensure smooth operation and customer satisfaction.
- Provide problem solving solutions to prospective customers.
- Feedback to Management team to ensure the voice of our clients are being heard.
- Stay current on FMCG and F&B industry trends including staying abreast of new markets, competitors and opportunities for growth and partnerships.
- Various projects and other duties as assigned.
WHO YOU ARE
- Bachelor of Business/ Commerce or relevant;
- Advanced Sale & Negotiation skill;
- Advance Microsoft Office skill, especially Microsoft Excel;
- 5 years of experience of sales/ distribution in both local and international companies operating in F&B industry with a proven track record of goal attainment;
- Experience with CRM system;
- English: Advanced Level;
- Excellent communication and organizational skills;
- Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with key account customers;
- Strong problem-solving skills;
- Being independent, well-organized, proactive, highly responsible, showing integrity and willing to work under high pressure;
- Understand and inspired by company culture, vision and mission;
- Strong interest in the F & B industry.
