[HCM] Talent Acquisition - HRBP Supervisor

Pizza 4P's is seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition HRBP Supervisor to join our team. As a rapidly growing retail F&B chain, we are committed to providing exceptional experiences for both our customers and our employees. This role is crucial in ensuring that we attract, retain, and develop top talent to support our expansion and maintain our high standards of service.



1. Contribute to talent Acquisition Strategy:

  • Support TA-HRBP Manager to develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies aligned with Pizza 4P's business objectives and growth plans for Wow Center (Back office) and Production (Central Kitchen and Cheese Factory).
  • Collaborate with senior management to understand current and future talent needs and proactively address staffing requirements.

2. Recruitment and Selection:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Utilize various recruitment channels and methods to attract diverse talent pools.
  • Conduct interviews, assess candidates' qualifications, and make recommendations for hiring decisions.

3. Employer Branding and Candidate Experience:

  • Enhance Pizza 4P's employer brand to attract top talent in the competitive retail F&B industry.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.

4. Talent Development and Retention:

  • Implement initiatives to promote employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Monitor employee turnover rates and develop strategies to address retention challenges.

5. HR Business Partnering:

  • Serve as a strategic HR business partner to department managers, providing guidance on talent management and employee relations matters for Wow Center and Production.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational effectiveness and alignment with Pizza 4P's values and culture.

6. Compliance and Reporting:

  • Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations in all recruitment and HR practices.
  • Maintain accurate records and generate reports on recruitment metrics, staffing activities, and employee turnover.



  • Empathy with our vision and culture fit
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition/ HRBP, preferably in the retail or F&B industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing recruitment processes and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels and work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and recruitment software/tools.
  • Flexibility to travel to different Pizza 4P's locations as needed.
