[HCM] Operation Analyst

WHAT YOU WILL DO

1. Data analysis and Performance tracking

• Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business performance across restaurant operations.
• Collect and analyze operational data: guest satisfaction, PnL performance, labor utilization, and other performance metrics to deliver meaningful insights.
• Build and maintain regular reports, dashboards, and presentations with clear insights and recommendations for business stakeholders.
• Utilize AI and automation tools to streamline reporting workflows and improve reporting speed and accuracy.

2. Identify & Analyze Operational Improvement Opportunities

• Identify operational improvement area through data analysis and field observation; validate issues and root causes with operation teams.
• Translate insights into clear, actionable solutions; pilot with stores and refine based on feedback.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure solutions are practical and effectively implemented.

3. Project Coordination & Standardization:

• Facilitate operation project execution with internal and external stakeholders; track ongoing projects/tasks and follow up until completion within timeline.
• Develop and maintain project tracker providing visibility on initiative status and milestones.
• Support standardization of tools, templates, and workflows across stores.

ARE YOU A FIT?

• College graduate or higher level of finance/ accounting or related;
• College graduate in finance / accounting is preferred;
• 1 - 2 years of Finance or related experience (Big 4 experience is a big plus);
• Good at English (both Speaking & Writing skills).
• Open minded, eager to learn.
• Self-motivated.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
