Responsibility:
1. Procurement:
- Managing procurement purchase order of foods & beverage item for 4Ps restaurants, mainly responsible for domestic portfolios.
- Being a contact point to suppliers to resolve price, quality, and delivery or invoice issues
- Sourcing supplier for F&B items as per demands: Irregular request, new menu.
2. Planning
- Supporting SCM Leader in preparing forecast for F&B
- Conducting Supplier Selection and Negotiation to ensure cost-saving, efficient and effective purchases
- Research and evaluate areas of opportunity and reduce costs where possible
3. Supplier management:
- Expected to be organized document all work and responded to emails, required communication tools and complete all tasks in a timely manner
- Ensuring supplier relationships with good communications
- Negotiating contracts, and reviewing opportunities to make business savings utilizing procurement best practice tools and methods aligned with SCM Leader
- Assess and evaluate suppliers and undertake performance reviews to ensure contract compliance and manage performance improvement activities
Requirements:
- 1-2 year experiences with Food procurement, or at least Fresh graduate in
Procurement, or Finance/ Commercial background with Basic knowledge about Supply Chain Management
