[HCM] QA Supervisor (Production)

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Internal audits based on HACCP standards for production area (central kitchen/ cheese/
  OEM) period.
• Inspect, monitor, and report the compliance of all departments and quality/ food safety
  system.
• Read and understand Việt Nam food safety legal and another market, declare for new
  products…
• Lead external audit teams from certificate organization (HACCP), plan and conduct audit
  suppliers, OEM factory.
• Handle customer’s complaints, especially on quality and food safety scope.
• Handle internal non-conformity on quality and food safety.

WHO YOU ARE ?

• Have experience in quality management system, HACCP or FSSC 22000
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• At least 05 years of experience in quality assurance for food manufacturers.
• Good communication skills and ability to identify and solve problems effectively.
• Proficiency in computer usage, especially in Word, Excel, and office computer systems.
• Self-disciplined, meticulous, and able to handle pressure.
• Business trip
