[HCM] Tech Business Analyst Intern

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Tech Business Analyst Intern to join our growing technology team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in analyzing business processes, supporting tech initiatives, and contributing to data-driven decision-making in the dynamic food service industry.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from various departments
• Support the analysis of current business processes and help identify areas for technological improvement
• Contribute to the creation of reports and dashboards for data visualization
• Participate in user acceptance testing for new technology solutions
• Help create and maintain documentation for business processes and systems
• Assist in basic data analysis tasks to support business decision-making
• Shadow experienced business analysts in meetings and projects to learn about tech business analysis in practice
• Contribute to small projects under the guidance of senior team members, focusing on the intersection of business needs and technological solutions

WHO YOU ARE ?

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Strong academic record with relevant coursework in business analysis, data analytics, or information systems
• Basic understanding of business processes and information technology concepts
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel
• Familiarity with data analysis tools is a plus (e.g., SQL, Power BI)
• Interest in the restaurant industry and food tech innovations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements (basic level)
• Keen attention to detail and good organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies
