With nearly 40 full-service dining establishments across Vietnam, Cambodia, India, and Japan, Pizza 4P‘s is an innovative pizza brand originating from Vietnam, known for its commitment to quality ingredients, unique flavors, and a socially responsible approach. 4P‘s has crafted our company and brand identity around the fundamental value of Omotenashi, among others, embracing the ethos of wholehearted unconditional hospitality.
As we continue to broaden our global footprint, with India emerging as our next key focus country following Vietnam, we're pleased to announce the successful launch of our first store in India, Pizza 4P's Indiranagar, Bangalore in December 2023. We are now gearing up to inaugurate 2-3 additional restaurants by the end of 2025.
The Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in driving our growth by identifying and securing new locations, negotiating rental contracts, and overseeing store concepts and site management in construction phase to ensure the time-line as well as quality excellent in Pizza 4P's India. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team and this position will report directly to the Country Manager.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
1. Location Identification and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify and evaluate potential new locations for Pizza 4P’s expansion in India market.
- Analyze demographic data, local market trends, and competitive landscape to recommend optimal sites.
- Develop and maintain relationships with real estate brokers, property owners, and landlords for sustainable business growth.
2. Rental Contract Negotiation:
- Negotiate lease terms and rental agreements with property owners and landlords to secure favorable conditions.
- Collaborate with legal teams to review and finalize lease contracts, ensuring alignment with company policies and objectives.
3. Store Concept Development:
- Collaborate with senior management and external architects to develop and refine store concepts that align with the brand’s identity and vision of Pizza 4P’s.
- Oversee the development of store layouts, interior design, and branding elements to create a cohesive and appealing dining environment.
4. Site Management and Coordination:
- Manage the site selection process, from initial inspection to final approval, ensuring sites meet all operational and brand standards.
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, and contractors to ensure timely and successful completion of store setups and renovations.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise during the construction or renovation phases.
5. Strategic Planning and Reporting:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for site selection and expansion, aligned with the company’s growth objectives and to help 4P’s getting closer to the vision of becoming the most inspiring global F&B brand.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on potential sites, market conditions, and project status for senior management review.
6. Budget Management:
- Develop and manage budgets for site acquisition, renovation, and opening costs.
- Monitor expenses and ensure projects are completed within budgetary constraints.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Hospitality Management, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in business development, real estate, or site management, preferably in the fine dining or retail sector.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of securing favorable rental agreements.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to oversee complex site development and renovation projects.
- Solid understanding of market analysis, site selection, and interior design concepts.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
