We are looking to expand our delivery business operations in Vietnam. Our first dining restaurant in India, which opened at the end of last year, is growing steadily, and we will also launch a delivery business in the growing market. Our goal is to launch the company in November 2024.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Launching a successful delivery business in India, leading the first delivery hub to success, and drawing up and executing a strategy for multi-store expansion; execution includes building a team and organization. More details as below:
Launching:
- Develop market entry strategies
- Determine store location and store design
- Establish ordering system
- Design store operations
- Store finance
- Design delivery operations
- Recruitment and formation of operations team
- Merchandising and menu decisions
- Operations management
Multiple stores/Store Expansion:
- Marketing (offline and online)
- Store opening planning
- Recruitment and organization planning
- System/ Operation
- Finance
WHO YOU ARE ?
Must-Have (Hard Skill/Experience):
- Strong background in strategy,marketing and operations, with experience in QSR, Dining, food Delivery, Online Delivery platforms, E-commerce, or the F&B industry or equivalent experiences are required
- Proven project management experience
- Experience in vendor control and negotiation.
- Fluent in business-level English
- Experience in people management.
- Work experience in startup environments or small companies with less than 50 employees.
