WHAT YOU‘LL DO
1. Monthly Payroll
- Calculate and manage monthly payroll, attendance/ leave record for employees;
- Ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries to employees;
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are up to date and in line with current regulations;
- Ensure line managers are up to date with changes of HR policies or labor regulations.
2. Expat Service
- Visa and Work Permit Assistance: Handling with the application/ renewal/ cancel processes;
- Administrative Support: Handling paperwork, tax issues, and other tasks;
- Ongoing Support: Offering help with everyday needs and challenges faced by expats.
3. Policy & Report
- Drafting new policies;
- Reviewing and updating existing policies;
- Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements;
- Generating regular or ad-hoc reports.
4. Other ad-hoc tasks
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as required.
ARE YOU OUR "FIT"?!
- Degree in related fields would be an advantage, experience in drafting policies is preferred;
- Have at least 3 years experience in C&B, including managing C&B functions for foreign workers;
- English fluency in verbal and writing;
- Be able to work independently and proactively; willing to take on new responsibilities where needed;
- Positive attitude & high level of maturity;
- Willing to work in start-up environment;
