ABOUT THE JOB
We‘re seeking a versatile and skilled Digital Product Operation Specialist to manage the seamless operation, maintenance, and optimization of our digital platforms.
This role is critical to ensuring top-notch customer experiences by delivering reliable technical support, training, and guidance to our operational teams.
WHAT WILL YOU DO
- Provide technical support to internal teams, resolving complex technical issues and ensuring minimal downtime
- Collaborate closely with IT, operations, and customer service teams to address and resolve any technical challenges.
- Implement and uphold data security and privacy protocols across all digital platforms.
- Develop, update, and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for digital
systems and processes. - Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing technical guidance to staff, ensuring they are proficient in using digital tools and systems
- Stay informed on emerging technologies and best practices, recommending and
integrating relevant advancements into our digital operations. - Oversee the day-to-day operations of digital platforms, including websites, mobile apps, and POS systems, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently.
- Monitor and analyze system performance, swiftly identifying and resolving issues to maintain optimal functionality.
- Perform regular maintenance and updates on digital systems to ensure peak
performance and reliability. - Utilize data-driven insights to identify opportunities for system enhancements and
implement necessary optimizations.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor‘s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
2+ years of experience in technical operations or a similar role, preferably within ecommerce or digital platform environments. - Strong understanding of web technologies, databases, and API integrations.
- Experience with performance monitoring tools and data analysis techniques.
- Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to generate actionable reports.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and DevOps practices. Excellent problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Experience in providing technical training and customer service.
- Strong communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts for non-technical staff and customers.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the F&B service or hospitality industry is a plus.
Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and digital payment systems.
Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS, Azure, ITIL) are a plus.
Understanding of UX/UI principles as they relate to technical performance and user experience
