KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Brand management: Develop and execute brand campaigns aimed at enhancing brand equity and increasing awareness, ensure consistency across marketing channels and touchpoints, align messaging with business goals and monitor performance and competition for actionable insights.
- Project management: Serve as the key point of contact for assigned firm initiatives. Participate in discussions with leaders and stakeholders, collaborate with the wider team to develop marketing strategies, ensure achievement of agreed outcomes, and provide timely progress reports.
- Plan and execute a content strategy that drives high performance of content planning and lead generation, manage to delivery of digital content: social posts, advertising material, this material supports to creation of lead
- Stay up to date with the latest social media trends and best practices to ensure the brand remains innovative and competitive.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights and competitors to refine marketing strategies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align marketing campaigns and social media activities with broader business and marketing objectives
- Coordinate with the design team to create visually appealing and effective marketing materials.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that events support and align with firmwide objectives.
- Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Coordinate photography assets for the group including management of photographers + briefing documents for any new photo or video shoots.
- To carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple initiatives, meet deadlines and deliver results.
- Expertise in brand management including campaign development, consistency in messaging, and brand equity building.
- Experience in content strategy development and execution, including creating digital content such as social media posts, advertising materials and lead generation assets.
- Strong analytical skills to monitor market trends, customer insights, and competitors, with the ability to use data-driven insights to adjust marketing strategies.
- Cross-functional collaboration skills to align marketing campaigns with broader business objectives.
