WHAT WILL YOU DO
L&D Operational support (80%)
- Support in the preparation and execution of Training programs, communication activities, and/or training projects (if applicable).
- Coordinate with internal & external trainers to ensure effective and quality execution of training programs.
- Support before-during training programs such as enrollment arrangements (book calendar, arrange room, send invitation, participant list, etc.), prepare tests, survey forms, attendance tracking and other logistics
- Design L&D training communications and materials
- Handle the administration of post training activities such as certification collection, paperwork for payment process, training report delivery.
- Translate training materials and related documents.
- Other training operational work assigned by supervisor2.Learning Management System Admin (20%)
- Data import in LMS, including attendance tracking, training progress, learner management, training content management (will be guided by the supervisor)
- Create and export learning reports from LMS (if required).
- Coordinate to be a contact point in LMS-related issue
WHO ARE YOU
- Able to commit to 6 months internship period, work full-time 5 days/week (occational off day on request)
- Open to both undergraduates and fresh graduates with under 2 years of working experience.
- Good command of English
