[HCM] Digital Performance Executive

ABOUT THE POSITION

We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Digital Performance Executive to execute and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will work closely with Digital Manager, focusing on executing paid campaigns and handling data processing to ensure efficient performance across digital marketing platforms, such as Google Maps and social channels. This role is crucial in driving maximum return on investment (ROI) and supporting the overall growth of our brand.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Campaign Management: execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, and other relevant platforms.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CPC, CTR, CPA, and ROAS, making data-driven decisions to improve campaign outcomes.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Able to process data using tools like Google Maps analytics, Google
• Analytics, and other reporting tools to deliver clean and comprehensive datasets.
• Collaborative Coordination: Work closely with creative, content teams to ensure alignment with overall business goals.
• Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, algorithm changes, and new ad formats to stay competitive in the ever-changing digital landscape.

WHO ARE YOU

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or related field.
• Experience: 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on performance marketing
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data and performance metrics and turn them into actionable strategies.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, Looker, PowerBI tool
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written english communication skills, able to present data in a clear and concise manner.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to optimize performance.
• Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
