WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Develop the legal document filing system; annual legal initiatives planning; procedures and requirements for legal risk management related to F&B industry;
- Deal with internal and external parties (internal departments, regulators, external counsel, investors, local and relevant governments, clients) to ensure business meets legal standards and manage risks;
- Review and ensure that all procedures and practices across the company are fully compliant with prevailing statutory and regulatory provisions;
- Ensure licensing and post licensing procedures for all restaurants and other line of company business;
- Review documents, transaction file, business contract‘s terms and condition;
- Transcribing and proofreading documents;
- Filing, organizing, scanning, copying and faxing documents;
- Organizing line manager schedules e.g. travel arrangements, meetings;
- Processing invoices;
- Speaking with Back office team in Vietnam to make sure the project & support delivere timely;
WHO YOU ARE ?
- Bachelor’s degree in law
- Experience: 03-04 years of experience onwards in legal in house, preferably in the F&B industry.
- Demonstrate advanced knowledge of corporate law, contract and commercial law, including country-specific laws.
- Competent in contractual documentation drafting and negotiations.
- Demonstrate fluency in English (both written and spoken).
- Demonstrate appreciation and respect for cultural sensitivities especially in cross- country/culture interactions.
- Demonstrate ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
- Demonstrate knowledge of adaptation of the law within the cultural/legal framework of countries.
- Analytical and forward thinking; Solution-oriented decision making; Solid communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to deal with and handle multiple and changing priorities.
- Ability to work with multiple functions as a trusted partner.
