[HCM] E-commerce Sales Executive

WHAT YOU WILL DO
1. Develop and manage online sales channels
- Build and manage sales channels such as e-commerce websites, ecommerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Tiki, TikTok, etc.).
- Sales performance management: Monitor, analyze sales data, conversion rates, and improve shopping experience to increase revenue.
- Pricing and promotion strategy: Collaborate with the sales team to establish pricing policies and promotion programs for frozen pizza products.
- Inventory and logistics management: Ensure products are always available, and delivery runs smoothly, optimizing shipping costs.
- SEO and SEM: Implement search engine optimization (SEO) strategies and advertising on search platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) to increase traffic and revenue.
- Data analysis: Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, data from ecommerce platforms) to track consumer behavior and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Market research: Analyze the market, competitors, and consumer demand to adjust product and marketing strategies.
- Budget management: Operate and track the marketing budget to ensure effective campaigns that meet goals.
- Partner collaboration: Build relationships with retail partners, distributors, and e-commerce platforms to increase customer reach.
- Content management: Manage content development, including images, videos, and articles on both online and offline marketing channels.
2. Other duties or requests from direct management
- Special reports, sales reports by individual product as requested by management.
- Receive production schedules, holiday schedules, and notify customers and team members.
- Receive information from other departments and communicate it back to team members when necessary.

WHO YOU ARE ?
Education: University degree
Knowledge: Marketing – E commerce
Requirements:
- Experience in the e-commerce field, especially in FMCG or food products.
- Experience in marketing FMCG products.
Skills
- Ability to analyze data and optimize online sales strategies.
- Team management skills and ability to work with other departments.
- Ability to work with multiple marketing channels and create integrated strategies.
- Strong time and budget management skills.
