Global Planner will work closely with Logistics & SC Planning Manager & Respective 4P’s Partners in India Market such as Production team, Operations team, SCM, Finance etc. to forecast demand, optimize inventory levels, and ensure a smooth supply chain process and other ad-hoc projects/tasks.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Analyze historical sales data to create accurate demand forecasts.
- Collaborate with operation team to gather input for demand planning.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment to prevent shortages or excesses.
- Create and maintain supply plans based on demand forecasts and production schedule.
- Work closely with production teams to understand material needs and adjust plans accordingly to prevent production delays.
- Prepare reports and presentations on demand trends and supply performance for management review.
- Support relevant teams to improve material yields.
WHO YOU ARE
- Educational Qualifications/ Relevant Technical Skills
- Graduate with Economics, Supply chain, Foreign Trade Bachelor
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in ERP systems and MS Excel is a must.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- English fluency is required
- Knowledge in Power BI, SAP B1 is a plus
- Experience in F&B is preferred
- Experience in data analysis and statistical modeling.
- Ability to work under pressure
