[HCM] (Project based) Product Director for Table Tablet Ordering and Mobile Ordering Development

Job Summary
This role aims to lead the development of table tablet ordering and mobile ordering systems, maximizing the guest restaurant ordering experience.
The objective is not only to ensure smooth ordering but also to align the system with 4P’s brand vision, delivering a “Wow” experience that deeply resonates with our guests.
Key Focus Areas
1. Deepening Guest Experience
• Define business objectives in terms of Guest Experience and ROI targets
• Ensure a seamless ordering-to-payment experience via mobile, offering stress-free navigation for guests.
• Define business objectives in terms of Guest Experience and ROI targets
• Create mechanisms to share the backstories of ingredients, producers, and the restaurant’s concept with guests.
• Decide whether to focus on paper menus, tablets, mobile ordering, or a hybrid model, and define the optimal operational setup if a hybrid approach is chosen.
• Design a system that delivers a “Wow” factor through its interface and overall experience.
2. Data-Driven Approach
• Utilize A/B testing to evaluate and select the best options based on data.
• Conduct additional A/B testing based on real guest experiences and feedback to drive further improvements.
• Develop guidelines for system enhancements based on data to maximize guest satisfaction and convenience.
3. Achieving Holistic Optimization
• Strive for operational efficiency without compromising on delivering impactful experiences.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Management
• Oversee the comprehensive development of table tablet ordering and mobile ordering systems.
• Drive research and experiments to determine the best ordering method (tablet, mobile, or hybrid).
• Manage decision-making and ongoing A/B testing based on data.
• Risk management" Responsibilities in general risk management.(eg, project, resources, directions.)
2. Enhancing Guest Experience
• Analyze guest feedback and experiences to implement improvements.
• Evaluate the impact of new systems on guest satisfaction and make necessary adjustments.
3. Cross-Team Coordination
• Technology Team: Provide system development requirements and manage progress.
• Creative Team: Align design and UI/UX to create a cohesive visual experience.
• Operations Team: Ensure alignment with operational convenience and efficiency.
• Finance Team: Analyze sales and guest satisfaction data to measure project outcomes.
• Vendor / Outsourcing management
4. Service Optimization and Evolution
• Continuously propose and implement improvements based on market and guest needs.
• Enhance existing systems and processes to improve guest convenience.
5. Communication and Reporting
• Maintain close communication with various teams and provide regular progress updates directly to the CEO.
Skills and Experience Requirements
1. Required Skills
• Proven experience in project management.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in English (mandatory).
2. Preferred Skills
• Knowledge or experience in restaurant operations.
• Basic understanding of technology and system development.
• Proficiency in Vietnamese is advantageous (but not mandatory).
3. Ideal Candidate Profile
• Proactive individual who can drive complex projects while collaborating effectively with diverse teams.
• Demonstrates a high level of responsibility, even under a freelance contract.
• Having experience in UX/UI auditing, particularly for e-commerce platforms.
Reporting Line
This position reports directly to the CEO. Critical project matters will be communicated and discussed with the CEO.
Employment Type and Duration
• Freelance contract based on a workload of 80 hours per month (approximately half-time).
• Project duration: 6 months to 1 year (extension possible based on project needs).
Location and Work Conditions
• Primarily based in Vietnam, with the possibility of remote work from other countries.
• Candidates able to spend at least half of the project period in Vietnam are highly preferred.
