WHAT YOU WILL DO

Pizza 4Ps is looking for a skilled e-learning specialist who plays an important role in our Learning & Development Team in administering the e-learning programs, handling Learning Management System (LMS) administrative work  and delivering WOW services to 4P’s partners (4P’s colleagues). Working directly with the Trainers and Senior Trainers at Pizza 4Ps, you will grow yourself and your skills.

HOW YOU WILL DO IT

1. E-learning course development and administration (50%)
E-learning course development (Production & roll-out phase)

• E-learning project management: Be the main contact point to work with e-learning vendors, handle all production stages (from conducting related technical research and developing storyboard to final products, testing and launching the e-learning course in LMS).
• Use advanced authoring tools and AI tools to develop effective, visually exciting, and highly interactive digital learning experiences (courses, games, online activities).
• Develop quizzes, and other assessment tools in LMS that truly align with the e-course objectives and drive performance improvements.
• Update content or re-design outdated e-courses as guided by Sr trainers/ Trainer

E-learning Implementation & Administration (ongoing support phase)

• Create, set up, manage, troubleshoot courses and all learning materials in LMS.
• Be the main contact point to 4P’s partners (employees) in supporting e-learning courses.
• Training record tracking & updating for e-learning courses
• Create and export course reports (if required).

E-learning solution consultation and support for other trainers

• Support internal trainers on technical issues to create e-materials and e-courses
• Deliver e-learning solutions for stakeholders to improve learning experiences
• Ensure all e-courses meet industry standards, check final updates over LMS (LMS integration, Mobile APP compatibility…)

2. L&D Operational support (50%)

• Learning Management System (LMS) Implementation & Administration
• Manage LMS users (import/ update and user-to-course enrollment)
• Follow and support the skill evaluation process monthly.
• Create and export bi-weekly skill reports based on LMS data
• Ensure that the e-learning data in the LMS is synchronized with the visualization pages.
• Other training operational work
• Logistics support for all training initiatives
• Graphic design for L&D training communications and materials
• Handle paperwork relating to LMS, L&D accounts, L&D vendors
• Other training operational work assigned by line manager.

Good command of English
Creativeness and be familiar with authoring tools (Vyond, Articulate Storyline, Capcut, Canva…), designing tools.
