As our AI Enablement & Innovation Specialist, you’ll be the go-to expert helping the 4Ps learn, experiment, and thrive with AI tools. From prompt libraries and pilot projects to workflow redesign and partner training, you’ll simplify the complex and bring innovation to life.
This is not just about tools — it’s about building an AI-powered culture that frees our Partners to focus more on delivering WOW.
What You’ll Do
✅ Train and coach Partners across 4Ps on safe and smart AI use
✅ Build prompt libraries, toolkits, and playbooks
✅ Map workflows and inject AI-supported efficiencies
✅ Lead pilot projects (e.g., policy writing, onboarding automation, job ad scripting)
✅ Track usage and adoption metrics; report ROI and success stories
✅ Facilitate hands-on labs and drop-in workshops to boost confidence
✅ Collaborate with IT, HRIS, and external vendors for integration and compliance
✅ Stay on top of emerging trends and champion responsible innovation
What You Bring
🎓 3–5 years in technology, digital transformation, L&D, or systems enablement
🤖 Hands-on experience using AI tools for automation, content, or analysis
🧠 A curious, self-starting mindset with a love for teaching others
🗣️ Great facilitation skills and the ability to simplify tech for non-tech audiences
🛠️ Confidence in building templates, prompt strategies, and training assets
