Apply NowABOUT THE ROLE
The Head Chef is responsible for overseeing all kitchen and pizza operations, ensuring the highest standards in food quality, kitchen productivity, and team development. As a key figure in embodying the brand’s culinary philosophy, this role plays a central part in delivering memorable guest experiences.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the full kitchen operation, including both hot kitchen and pizza sections
- Establish and manage standards for food quality, presentation, and delivery speed
- Ensure full compliance with hygiene and safety standards (HACCP, equipment, storage)
- Plan and optimize daily prep and production schedules
- Oversee cost control, minimize waste, and collaborate with the SCM team
- Co-develop and implement new menus in collaboration with the Global Chef
- Train and manage the Assistant Chef and section leaders
- Collaborate closely with the Guest Experience Manager to optimize food presentation and service timing
- Support new restaurant openings as needed
HOW YOU WILL WORK
- Stay actively present in the kitchen to monitor food quality and service flow in real time
- Lead by example with professionalism, providing clear feedback and mentorship
- Actively collect and apply guest feedback to improve dishes and experiences
- Respond to operational issues calmly and efficiently to ensure smooth recovery
- Maintain strong communication across departments including Guest Experience Manager, Brand Manager, and SCM

- Familiar with the external restaurant scene and consistently keeping up with international restaurant trends.
