[HCM] Senior Finance Analyst

Senior Financial Analyst with a primary focus on Capital Expenditure (CAPEX). This role is responsible for leading the financial evaluation of investment projects, while also supporting the company's broader financial planning & analysis (FP&A) functions and performance tracking.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

1. CAPEX Analysis & Management (40%):

• Lead the financial modeling (IRR, NPV, ROI) and in-depth analysis for all proposed capital projects to ensure alignment with strategic and financial goals.
• Manage the tracking of CAPEX spending against approved budgets, providing timely variance analysis, project evaluation and reporting to prevent cost overruns.
• Conduct comprehensive financial reviews of lease contracts and other significant long-term commitments to identify and assess potential risks.

2. Financial Planning & Analysis (30%):

• Support the company's annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes.
• Act as a financial business partner to the Operations, New Store Development and Supply Chain teams.
• Assist in preparing ad-hoc financial reports and presentations for senior leadership and the Board of Directors as requested.

3. Performance Reporting & KPI Tracking (30%):

• Consolidate and track key financial and operational KPIs proposed by Departments.
• Validate the actual performance and driving for improvement.
• Deliver regular reports and analysis on performance trends to department heads and senior leadership on a timely basis.

WHO YOU ARE

1. Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a financial planning & analysis (FP&A) or a similar analytical role.
• Proven experience in leading the analysis for capital expenditure projects is required.
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and building business cases from scratch is essential.
• Experience in the retail, F&B, or manufacturing industry is highly desirable.
