Our main restaurant, Pizza 4P’s, has 35 stores in Vietnam and manages global franchises like IPPUDO and ABOUT LIFE COFFEE BREWERS. Pizza 4P’s is an innovative Vietnam-based Japanese Italian pizza restaurant that started in Vietnam with a simple yet powerful mission: “Delivering Wow, Sharing Happiness”. II. ROLE PURPOSE
As part of our commitment to innovation and customer happiness, our Technology Department develops digital solutions that enhance guest experience, streamline restaurant operations, and empower our partners. These include mobile applications, online ordering platforms, and internal management systems that support the entire 4P’s ecosystem.
The UX/UI Designer plays a key role in designing and improving digital experiences that reflect 4P’s purpose and operational excellence. This position combines creative design thinking with user-centered principles to transform business needs into intuitive, elegant, and functional digital interfaces for both customers and internal teams.
The role bridges business strategy, technology, and design to deliver delightful and efficient user journeys across all 4P’s digital touchpoints.

III. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Product & Experience Design
- Create user-centered design solutions through wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for mobile and web platforms.
- Translate functional requirements into visually engaging, accessible, and intuitive interfaces.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to align on objectives and user flows.
2. Research & Usability
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design hypotheses.
- Analyze behavioral data and feedback to refine user experience and improve product usability.
- Maintain a strong understanding of user needs, pain points, and behaviors across different devices.
3. Design System & Consistency
- Develop and maintain a unified Design System to ensure brand and visual consistency across all digital products.
- Partner with engineering teams to ensure accurate design implementation and responsive user interfaces.
4. Visual Identity & Accessibility
- Design layouts, iconography, typography, and imagery that reflect 4P’s visual identity and tone.
- Ensure all interfaces comply with accessibility and inclusivity standards (e.g., WCAG).
5. Collaboration & Innovation
- Participate in cross-functional design critiques and agile sprint reviews.
- Stay updated with emerging design trends, tools, and technologies.
- Advocate for design thinking and user experience best practices within the Technology Department.

- Systems & Tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Miro, Microsoft 365, Jira, Notion
- Work Setting: Hybrid model combining office-based collaboration and remote design work.
- Travel Expectations: Occasional (for research, workshops, or site observation).
VII. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Education Background: Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human–Computer Interaction, Communication Design, or related field.
- Preferred: Advanced studies or certifications in UX, Interaction Design, or Product Design.
- Language Proficiency:
Required: English – Advanced (spoken & written). - Vietnamese – Native or professional proficiency.
VIII. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design for web and mobile platforms.
- Strong design portfolio demonstrating process, visual craft, and measurable impact.
- Experience working in agile product teams with product managers and engineers.
- Proficiency in wireframing, prototyping, and design system management.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards, responsive design, and usability testing methods.
