Our main restaurant, Pizza 4P’s, has 35 stores in Vietnam and manages global franchises like IPPUDO and ABOUT LIFE COFFEE BREWERS. Our core products are food and beverages, specifically pizza, with key differentiators of "House-made cheeses", "Earth-to-people" and "Omotenashi" hospitality.
Pizza 4P’s is an innovative Vietnam-based Japanese Italian pizza restaurant that started in Vietnam with a simple yet powerful mission: “Delivering Wow, Sharing Happiness”. We are known for crafting artisanal pizzas, homemade cheese, and unique East-meets-West flavors while embracing sustainability and community impact at the heart of everything we do. Today, we operate restaurants across Vietnam, Cambodia, Japan, India and Indonesia, and continue to grow with a vision of bringing people together through memorable dining experiences.
II. ROLE PURPOSE
We’re looking for a graphic designer to bring fresh energy and creative excellence to our growing brand. In this role, you’ll design both digital and print materials that connect people across our company — from internal teams to future talents. You’ll be part of a dynamic creative team of seven members, including designers and a copywriter, who collaborate closely to craft meaningful, visually engaging stories. III. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Digital Materials:
- Design engaging job post templates for platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and our career website.
- Create visually compelling offer email letter templates that reflect our company’s brand and values.
- Develop presentation decks for internal and external meetings, ensuring cohesive branding.
- Design content for internal email updates, including announcements, newsletters, and culture events.
2. Print Materials:
- Create internal office posters that motivate and engage partners, ensuring alignment with our core values of Compassion, Authenticity, Kaizen, Omotenashi.
- Design handouts and promotional materials for career fairs, enhancing our employer brand.
- Develop a visually appealing newcomer welcome kit that integrates our brand identity and company culture.
- Design booth banners and other promotional materials for job fairs and events
3. Collaboration:
- Work closely with teams such as HR, Culture, Admin, IT, and other departments to ensure communication goals are achieved.
- Ensure all designs meet shared KPIs and timelines, focusing on impactful communication that drives employee engagement and brand visibility.
IV. SUCCESS METRICS & KPIs
- Internal Satisfaction: Conduct quarterly surveys to measure internal team satisfaction with the quality and impact of communication materials – >=85% satisfaction.
- Content Output: Achieve a target output rate for design materials – >=5 pieces of content per week.
- Time Efficiency: Achieve a target completion rate for design requests within predefined timelines, ensuring high responsiveness to internal stakeholders – >=95% of designs are delivered on time each month.
- Consistency and Quality: Ensure adherence to brand guidelines across all digital and print materials, maintaining a consistent and high-quality output – >95% adherence to brand guidelines.

- Design Tools: Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Canva.

VII. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
- Language Proficiency: Vietnamese (Fluent), English (Basic professional proficiency).
VIII. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related fields.
- 3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably with experience in employer branding or HR-related design.
- Proficiency in design software such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
Illustration skill is a plus to create new characters for our e-learning program. - Familiarity with motion graphics is a plus to assist with creating dynamic visual content for internal and external communications.
- Strong understanding of branding and how to convey a company's mission through visual communication.
- Good communication in Vietnamese (in English is a plus).
- Excellent collaboration skills.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with a proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
IX. CAREER PROGRESSION
Feeder Roles: Junior Designer, Communications Assistant, Visual Content Creator.
Next Roles: Senior Designer, Brand Design Lead, or Communications Art Director.
Mobility: Potential to grow into regional design or brand creative roles across the 4P’s ecosystem.
X. COUNTRY & ROLE-SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS
- Must comply with 4P’s branding standards and internal design policies.
- Willingness to adapt designs for cultural and language localization.
- Occasional travel for photo/video shoots, internal events, or design collaborations.
