I. ABOUT 4P’S TECHNOLOGY
Pizza 4P’s is a multi-country restaurant group operating customer-facing and internal technology platforms including mobile applications, web systems, POS infrastructure, IoT devices, and operational tools. The Technology Department builds and maintains these systems to scale customer experience, operational reliability, and digital execution across all restaurant locations.
II. ROLE PURPOSE
This role exists to enforce product reliability through structured quality control and test automation. It strengthens software release discipline by systematically detecting defects, validating functionality, and embedding quality assurance into development pipelines. The position supports cross-platform stability and performance across web, mobile, API, desktop, and device-level systems.

III. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Test Strategy & Execution
• Translate product and technical requirements into structured test strategies across web, desktop, mobile, API, and IoT environments.
• Execute manual test cases where automation coverage is not technically feasible.
Test Automation
• Design, build, execute, and maintain automated test scripts for web applications, APIs, and device-level environments.
• Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines to enforce continuous quality control.
Defect & Release Control
• Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects through structured workflows.
• Validate fixes and enforce release quality gates.
Environment & Data Management
• Create and maintain test environments, test datasets, and execution documentation.
• Monitor system logs and runtime metrics to detect pre-incident degradation.
Process & Framework Development
• Improve QC processes, frameworks, and automation tooling.
• Standardize documentation, reporting, and execution protocols.
Security & Compliance Testing
• Execute security and vulnerability testing in alignment with internal security governance.
• Validate system compliance against quality and operational standards.

• Defect leakage rate approaching zero in production.
• Automated test coverage expansion per release cycle.
• CI/CD quality gate pass rate.
• Mean time to defect detection and resolution.
• Release stability and rollback avoidance.
V. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent engineering discipline.
Experience
• Minimum 2 years in Quality Control / QA Engineering across manual and automated testing.
Technical Capability
• Practical experience with automation frameworks: Selenium, Cypress, TestNG, Appium, JUnit or equivalent.
• Proficiency in one or more scripting languages: Python, Java, JavaScript.
• API testing expertise using tools such as Postman or Rest Assured.
• SQL and database validation capability.
• Performance testing experience with JMeter, Gatling, Locust or equivalent.
• CI/CD integration experience: Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions.
• Strong working knowledge of QA methodologies and test design techniques.
• Agile/Scrum delivery environment experience.
VI. PREFERRED TECHNICAL DEPTH
• Hospitality or food service system exposure.
• Mobile testing experience across iOS and Android platforms.
• BDD frameworks: Cucumber, SpecFlow.
• Cloud platform exposure: AWS, GCP, Azure.
• Containerization technologies: Docker, Kubernetes.
• Accessibility and WCAG compliance testing knowledge.
• Microservices testing experience.
• Test data management practices.

• Test automation frameworks, CI/CD platforms, defect tracking systems, and test management tools.

• Technology department in a cross-functional engineering environment.
Team Structure
• Reports directly to Head of Engineering.
• Works alongside software developers, product owners, data engineers, and platform teams.
