About the Role

4P’s Corporation is seeking an experienced culinary leader to pioneer Back-of-House operations for our first U.S. store. As the Operation Chef, you will elevate kitchen craftsmanship, oversee daily BOH execution, and build a high-performing team that brings the 4P’s dining experience to life—rooted in our mission: Delivering WOW, Sharing Happiness – Make the World Smile for Peace.


This role blends hands-on culinary excellence, operational leadership, food safety compliance, and deep collaboration with cross-functional teams. You will be a key driver in establishing U.S. standards, maintaining our artisanal pizza craftsmanship, and ensuring the smooth rollout of menu operations supported by our external R&D chefs.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead all BOH culinary operations to maintain exceptional food quality, safety, and consistency
  • Oversee pizza production, dough management, cheese preparation, and kitchen workflow
  • Build and coach a high-performing BOH team through training, skills assessments, and daily leadership
  • Ensure full compliance with U.S. food safety standards (including ServSafe) and local health codes
  • Manage ordering, inventory, supplier relationships, and store-level supply coordination—acting as an operational extension of the SCM function
  • Maintain food cost targets through waste control, portioning accuracy, and operational discipline
  • Partner with the Restaurant Manager to ensure seamless service and operational readiness
  • Support menu rollouts, provide R&D feedback, and collaborate with external R&D chefs/consultants—focusing on execution and adaptation in the first year
  • Uphold 4P’s values of craftsmanship, hospitality, sustainability, and guest delight

Success Metrics (First 12 Months)

  • Consistent food quality scores and strong guest satisfaction results
  • 100% adherence to U.S. food safety standards and internal audit requirements
  • A fully trained, stable kitchen team within 90 days
  • Achievement of food cost targets and measurable waste reduction
  • Smooth execution of seasonal menu rollouts with high operational accuracy
  • Positive performance feedback from Restaurant General Manager and/or key leadership stakeholders

What You Bring

  • 4–6+ years of culinary leadership experience (Sous Chef level or above)
  • Strong background in pizza, Italian cuisine, Japanese-Italian fusion, or premium casual dining
  • Deep understanding of U.S. food safety requirements (ServSafe preferred)
  • Demonstrated capability in leading BOH operations and developing kitchen teams
  • Experience with inventory, supplier management, and cost control
  • Strong communication, discipline, and operational problem-solving
  • Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and peak service hours
  • English proficiency: conversational to advanced

Salary Range: USD 80,000–100,000 annually (based on experience)
