About the Role
The Sous Chef will serve as the second-in-command in the kitchen, supporting the Operation Chef in leading Back-of-House operations for our first U.S. location. This role is critical to ensuring daily kitchen excellence, team discipline, food safety compliance, and consistent execution of 4P’s culinary standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Operation Chef in managing daily Back-of-House operations
- Supervise kitchen production, line execution, and service flow
- Maintain food safety, hygiene, and quality control across all stations
- Support training, coaching, and development of kitchen team members
- Oversee inventory checks, portion control, and waste management
- Assist with ordering and supplier coordination when required
- Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and kitchen discipline
- Coordinate closely with Front-of-House leaders to ensure smooth service
- Support menu rollouts and provide operational feedback during execution
Qualifications & Experience
- 3–5+ years of professional kitchen experience, including leadership or supervisory responsibilities
- Strong understanding of kitchen workflow, food quality standards, and service execution
- Experience working in high-volume restaurant environments
- Solid fundamentals in preparation, production, and line operations
- Reliable, team-oriented, and strong communicator
- Willingness and ability to learn and comply with U.S. food safety and health regulations
Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: USD 60,000–85,000 annually, based on experience
This range represents the good-faith salary range at the time of posting.
